Olympic Steel Promotes Anthony G. Dominic To Vice President Of Safety, Health And Environment

CLEVELAND, Jan. 19, 2024 --(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Olympic Steel (Nasdaq: ZEUS), the nation's leading metals services company, today announced the promotion of Anthony J. Dominick to Vice President of OHEA.
Mr. Dominic joined the company in 2018 as Director of Safety, Health and Environment to lead the organization's health and environmental efforts. In total, he has more than 33 years of safety experience, starting with Olympic Steel, as well as experience with Whirlpool Corporation, General Electric and Culligan International.
In his new role, Mr. Dominic continues to lead safety programs and teams across all Olympic Steel sites. He reports directly to CEO Richard T. Marabito.

Mr. Dominick earned his associate's and bachelor's degrees in biology from McHenry County College and the University of Illinois, respectively. He holds a Safety Manager Certification from the North American Transportation Management Institute at the University of Florida and an Occupational Safety Certification from the Alliance Safety Council. He has also completed an extensive list of technical courses including, but not limited to, OSHA, NFPA, USDOT, USEPA, sealing, robotics, welding, high-speed assembly, and ISO certifications.
Mr. Dominic is a member of the American Society of Security Professionals (ASSP) and serves on the Security Council of the Mineral Service Center Institute (MSCI). He also contributed to MSCI's security training and education.
