RadarOnline.com has learned that two black Democratic state lawmakers were suspended for participating in gun protests last week.

Rep . Gloria Johnson of Knoxville was part of the trio, now known as the "Tennessee Three," and she says she was the only one to keep her job because she's white.

“I think it's pretty obvious that I'm a 60-year-old white woman and they're two young black men. They talked to me like a woman, they explained to me like a man. It was very different from my questioning,” she told CNN on Thursday. .

The Biden White House condemned the suspension of Jones and Pearson, saying "the suspension of lawmakers who participated in the peaceful protests is shocking, undemocratic and unprecedented."

The statement criticized Republican lawmakers for choosing to "punish, silence, and remove the duly elected representatives of the people of Tennessee."

For his part, Sexton denied allegations that Johnson's bailout had anything to do with the color of his skin.

"It's a false narrative on his part," she said during an interview with Fox & Friends . "It's a shame. She's trying to carry political racism within her, which has nothing to do with her. They all have due process."
