A Few Tips For Mental Health Wellness And Making Sure You're Doing Great

Hello my love! Here are some mental health tips and how to manage them. With everything going on in the world, I wonder how everyone is coping with our new reality. How is our mental health? Some days I feel very depressed and I worry a lot about the coronavirus and stay up all day.

Some days I struggle to find the motivation to get up and do something for the day. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way, but what can we do to ensure our sanity? How do you stay sane in these crazy times? No one has the answer and we all have different levels of stress, but we can use my ideas and try to do a little bit.

I will say one thing to everyone, don't worry! People always show a happy and funny side when they are in isolation. The meltdowns, the ugly noises, the days when we lay in bed all day show nothing. The biggest tip of all my mental health tips is to focus on you and you alone. Stay home and watch TV to speed up the day, great! Try exercising in this small living room, great! Focus on yourself and you'll be well on your way to staying healthy!

I'm very lucky to work for a company that allows me to stay home because I'm the lucky person to be exposed to the virus, and I get paid full salary. Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer my work to the main office. So I'm stuck at home and I'm not working, I'm just fixing things. These days I envy my friends who work from home because they are so busy. On the other hand, I am very happy and excited to devote this time to my other work and launching other platforms and growing my brand.

  • Plan your day the night before
  • Sleep as usual
  • Training - get the right endorphins
  • Drink it! One is good, but not too much (white claw is my favorite! 2 grams of carbohydrates and only 100 calories).
  • Eat healthy, not just junk food
  • Meditate - focus on your breathing
  • Schedule FaceTime/Zoom calls with friends
  • Starting/learning something new: blogging, joining Tik Tok, hair/makeup
  • A breath of fresh air even for a moment
  • Adoption of a pet - My dog ​​helps me every day because I have to take care of him
  • Stay connected - listen to your local news station (my favorite is ABC World News)

Our mental health is as important today as ever. I hope my tips help you stay healthy and awake every day beyond sleep. This new way of life is something we all have to adapt to and we just have to show our strength as a nation to get ahead of the curve. If you want to watch movies all day, you should do whatever you think is best, go for it! If you want to learn a new hobby, do it. This time is yours and you have to do what is best for you and yourself. Stay safe and healthy.

We all have different backgrounds and levels of mental health. Some of us feel it more than others, while others are less fearful and worse. So don't be afraid to connect with your friends and test them. They could spend all day listening to you, and it would make you feel better. Stay healthy and make mental health a priority.
