Austin posted on Instagram, "3 tips for a healthy holiday!" posted an informative video with the title and we break down the basics:

Take time for yourself when you're anxious - deep breathing helps!

✨ Exercise every day, even if it's just 10 minutes!

In the video, he explains that the holidays are "his favorite time" in Austin and he wears a festive red shirt and his favorite Easy Spirit hiking shoes . "Here are three tips you can use to keep your vacation healthy," she said.

Austin's "number one" tip is don't skip meals and make sure you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. He also added that he "drinks a lot of water to stay healthy." (See How to Drink More Water ).

The second part of his advice focuses on de-stressing and managing anxiety. Because celebrities are afraid of vacation! "I always tell people to get over holiday anxiety, take time for yourself," Austin explains. "Relaxed, deep breathing really helps me: close your eyes, take three deep breaths, breathe in through your nose and try to breathe out through your nose. It helps you relax more."

Including (you guessed it!) Austin's third and final formula. "Try to get some exercise, even if it's just 10 minutes. Ten minutes is great for your stress levels and keeps your circulation going," Austin explains. "I like to walk for 10-20 minutes in the morning to start the day."
