Health Benefits Of Coffee Remain In Decaf Version
Hello dear readers and welcome to our monthly column. We have a lot to talk about, so let's dive in.
This is a difficult question because not all studies on the health benefits of coffee distinguish between deca and strong coffee, or do not include deca at all. However, a review of coffee research using Deca found that many of the same health benefits can be found in both beverages. These include the reduced risk of type 2 diabetes, some neurodegenerative diseases and cognitive decline. The health benefits of coffee are due to the presence of many organic compounds and antioxidants. It has been found that even after the chemical decaffeination process, most of these compounds remain in the decaffeinated coffee.

Thanks, as always, to everyone who took the time to write. We are glad to hear from them. And those self-proclaimed "elders" who wrote to thank us for the flatulence column - very cheeky but you made us laugh.
