As I slowly eased back into my healthy routine, I felt guilty and frustrated that I had to start all over again. Trying to cope with the constant emails and texts, I let my circadian rhythm speed up, staying in front of the screen until the wee hours of the morning. A nutritious diet of mostly fresh foods has been replaced by fast food or processed junk food. Many mornings I have woken up late and in a hurry, and have had little time to meditate and practice. My energy levels were extremely low, which further affected my mood, focus, and overall health.
