Occupational Health, Safety, Security And Environment Symposium Begins
Muscat: Discussions began here on Monday at the Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) symposium organized by OQ, a global integrated energy group, under the auspices of Health Minister Dr. Hilal Ali Al-Sabati.
The two-day symposium, which will be held under the theme "Human Reliability", is part of OQ's efforts to improve aspects of health and safety in the workplace.

The project also aims to enhance OQ's contribution to OSH in society in collaboration with the public and private sectors to create an integrated OSH ecosystem in the Sultanate of Oman and achieve Oman's goals. Vision 2040.
The symposium is convened to promote communication and joint collaboration with partners and contractors to spread the culture of health, safety and the environment. It provides the opportunity for international experts to present the latest advances in health, safety and the environment at work, in addition to holding special workshops for those interested in the sector led by the official speakers of the symposium.

Ashraf Hamad Al Mamari, Executive Director of Human Resources, Technology and Culture at OQ Group, gave a speech in which he highlighted that the symposium aims to strengthen aspects of injury and occupational risk prevention to incorporate national and international applications of occupational health .
